History has been made as Burna Boy’s Twice As Tall album debuts at no. 54 on the Billboard 200.

This would be the highest charting Nigerian album ever on the Billboard 200.
This is a new peak position for Burna Boy after African Giant peaked on the same charts at No. 104.

Wizkid’s Sounds From The Other Side had already peaked on the same charts three years before that, at No. 107.

Also, this marks a new high on America’s major album chart position for any Nigerian Album.

King Sunny Ade started the record in 1983 with his album, JuJu Music, which he made with African Beats, at No. 111 on the Billboard 200.

He was on the charts for 29 weeks.
